CAPJARI PREMIUM GIN is a universal Gin, exceptionally balanced and unique in its recipe . It's based on tradition but is produced with innovative methods and scientifically checking every parameter of distillation  and infusion of its 11 botanicals. A single formula, two different types of Gin. Its production includes two separate and controlled distillations and 10 cold infusions managed in an innovative way. Subsequently, further distillation is carried out in a copper pot still to create the award-winning CAPJARI DOUBLE DISTILLED GIN, an authentic Italian Dry Gin.
