CAPJARI PREMIUM GIN is a universal Gin, exceptionally balanced and unique in its recipe . It's based on tradition but is produced with innovative methods and scientifically checking every parameter of distillation and infusion of its 11 botanicals. A single formula, two different types of Gin. Its production includes two separate and controlled distillations and 10 cold infusions managed in an innovative way. Hence the CAPJARI GOLD ORGANIC GIN, a true Distilled Gin and first step of the CAPJARI GIN line. Subsequently, further distillation is carried out in a copper pot still to create the award-winning CAPJARI DOUBLE DISTILLED GIN, an authentic Italian Dry Gin. CAPJARI was specially created to be enjoyed neat, but it also offers a surprising experience in Martini cocktails and lends itself perfectly to classic Gin Tonics, to be combined with dry and high quality tonics.
